Rental conditions and basic information

Tenant Requirements:

• The tenant must be at least 21 years of age.
• Driving experience - from 2 years.
  For novice drivers, the choice of cars may be limited.

Deposit:

• The amount of the deposit depends on the chosen insurance and ranges from 200€ to 1000€.
• The deposit is payable in cash only.

Insurance:

We offer three options for insurance coverage:

• Basic CMTPL insurance - standard liability insurance.
• Advanced CASCO - liability is limited to the amount of the deposit.
• Super hull insurance - full coverage, we take full responsibility.

Exclusions from insurance coverage (hull insurance and Super hull insurance):

• Willful damage to a motor vehicle.
• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Gross violations of traffic rules (driving in the oncoming lane, driving through a prohibited traffic light, exceeding the speed limit by more than 30 km/h).

Payment:

• Possible in cash (in euros), bank card or transfer to the company account.
• For legal entities, all necessary closing documents are provided.

Additional terms and conditions:

• Travel abroad is possible but must be agreed upon at the time of booking. There is no additional charge.
• Putting a second and third driver on the contract is free of charge.
• Free mileage is calculated based on a limit of 250 km per day.
• Vehicles are provided clean and with a full tank of fuel. Please return them in the same condition. Washing after the rental is at our expense.
• We provide one child seat free of charge (additional seats are subject to availability).

Safety and comfort:

• All vehicles are equipped with seasonal tires and the necessary equipment required by the traffic regulations.
• The interior provides charging cables (Type-C and Lightning), a phone holder, wet wipes and trash bags.

Vehicle Returns:

• The vehicle must be returned on the date and time specified in the contract.
• Returns later than the set time are possible only by agreement and at an additional cost.
• Early return of the car does not guarantee a partial or full refund of the rental price. Each situation is considered individually.

Loyalty Program:

There is a loyalty program for regular customers. The terms of the program are valid from 01.05.2024.

Address and hours of operation:

• The office and parking lot are located at Barcelona, Carretera de Mataró 113, in the Repsol gas station.
• Opening hours: 09:00 to 20:00.
• Services of car delivery to the address, to the airport, as well as pickup and delivery outside of working hours are provided upon agreement and are paid additionally.

Supplemental Rules:

• Please pay parking fees in a timely manner and obey the speed limit. All cars are equipped with GPS trackers. In case of systematic violations of traffic rules we reserve the right to refuse the next booking.
• Smoking in motor vehicles is prohibited. Exception - electronic smokeless systems.
• On weekends and holidays the minimum rental period is 2 days. Booking for 1 day is possible only if technically possible.

Reservations:

• No prepayment is required (except for New Year's holidays).
• Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance (72 hours for monthly rentals) may affect the terms of the next reservation, including requiring 100% prepayment.
